Returns

- Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please email us at admin@Grabfoli.com with the following details:
- Order number.
- Description of the issue.
- Photos of the product showing the defect or damage (if applicable).
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions for arranging the return.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to a mistake or defect caused by Grab Foli.
Refunds

- As we exclusively offer Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit or replacement product, based on your preference.
